Care Instructions

Every Lurv Studio sculpture is handcrafted with precision and finished to a high polish. With proper care, your piece will remain an enduring part of your interior.

To maintain its quality:
   •    Display your sculpture indoors, away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperature changes.
   •    Dust using a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not use abrasive pads, paper towels, or cleaning products containing alcohol or solvents.
   •    Handle with clean, dry hands to avoid marks or scratches. Support the base or edges — never lift by delicate areas.
   •    When installing, use only the recommended fixings and follow the hanging guide supplied with your order. For heavier pieces, ensure wall anchors or studs are secure.
   •    Keep out of reach of children and pets to protect both the artwork and your space.

Refund Policy

At Lurv Studio we produce work in small editions, and every sculpture is individually inspected before dispatch. Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in tone, texture, or polish are part of their character and not considered defects.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged due to an error on our part or during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:
   1.    Notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
   2.    Keep all original packaging materials — they may be required for return shipping or insurance claims.
   3.    Once approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging. We will issue a full refund or, if stock allows, provide a replacement.

Refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on replacement shipments.
