Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Each piece is packed by hand and shipped via reputable couriers to ensure safe arrival.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days after confirmation, unless otherwise noted on the product page. During busy launch periods, additional processing time may be required; you will be notified promptly if delays occur.

Delivery & Inspection
All shipments include tracking details, and higher-value items may require a signature upon delivery.
Please inspect your sculpture upon receipt and notify us of any damage or delivery issues within seven (7) days of delivery. Photographs of the item and packaging will help us resolve the matter quickly.

Additional Information
   •    Customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) remain the responsibility of the recipient.
   •    We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding services.
   •    Estimated delivery times are provided by our courier partners and may vary due to customs procedures, seasonal volume, or unforeseen delays.
